So after making no real progress, I've decided to up the workout. Still doing the treadmill, but doing it every day now. I gotta gotta gotta lose some damn weight. I'm gonna add push ups everyday, and sit ups too. I'm going to lose 30lbs by July 4th, no matter what. I unfortunately had to shave off my goatee, but in doing so, I finally realized how truly fat I've gotten, it's amazing how much weight the goatee hides.
Horrifying, isnt it? On that note, I'm outta here.

Hmmm
So my best buddy Thomas comes back from Marine Corps boot camp in about a month. That gives me about a month before he decides to try and run me to death. Jogging and I aren't exactly the best of friends, but I know that if I'm not in some semblance of better shape he's going to out and out kill me. Ugh. I hate jogging. Oh well, its better than having MCMAP practiced on me.

I am the proud owner of an aching pair of calves. I've been faithfully hitting the treadmill, but I'm gonna give tonight a rest before I hurt something from overuse. Tomorrow night I'm gonna get back on and keep chugging on. Cause I'm the Juggernaut, bitch. Get your scouter out cause I'm OVER 9000!!!!!

El Update-o.
So last night I actually hit the treadmill, and not only did I do it, I made it my bitch for an hour! Tonight is the gym and a run-in with some weights!
