That's right. Finally seeing some results from going to the gym. I've gone down a whole pant size, and have lost so much fat. It only gets better from here. Thanks for being along for the ride with me. Love you guys!
Its funny, I've been going to the gym consistently for a while now, and it's incredible the amount of confidence I'm gaining from it...even more than the muscle I'm gaining. I feel so much better about myself when I go. Anyway, hopefully with this diligence I won't stay fat for long haha.
It's been a while since I wrote in here. Um, my world kind of came crashing down around me when Lindsey left, but I've been finding solace in the gym. I've been going 3 times a week though.
Bit of a delay til I can get the money together to find out what this lump on my groin is. Could be a hernia, could be swollen lymph nodes, a cyst, or even and abscess. Thank you WebMD for leaving me not only confused, but also worried since I clearly don't have the money to fix any of those problems.
So unless one of you is a doctor and I don't know it, I'm screwed. Fuck. And I was getting off to such a good start. Er, re-start.
I went for a jog/walk last night. Basically I jogged until my side hurt (which wasn't long). Using Google Pedometer, I found out that one lap around my block is just a little over a quarter mile. I made 4 laps and went the fuck home. Exercise done. More to come soon.
FUCK FLUTTER KICKS. My abs, my hips and my ass are all sore as hell. Minor soreness in my chest and shoulders from other exercises. Thomas, I know you can't read this, but diamond push ups suck too. They make me sore.
So, I'm pretty fucking pumped. Gonna sweat my ass off tonight. No more slacking. No more excuses. Like Thomas says, I just gotta get moto and get shit done. 245? NO WAY! 190? FUCK YES.
