Okay people, I promised that I would update this again and give you my current weight, measurements, BMI, etc. Can't really set a goal without knowing what youre up against, right? Okay, well, here goes.
Weight: 246lbs
Body Fat %: 34.8%
BMI: 36
Chest (over the nipple): 47"
Waist (over the belly button): 46"
Hip (umm, across the hip): 42"
Arms (average, not flexing): 14"
Thighs (average): 26"
Wow. Depressing, isn't it? By the way, the BMI of 36 makes me obese. This is also known as being fat as hell. I figure it probably won't hurt to just set a few goals.
Ideal Weight: 190, but I'll be happy to be 200lbs or under.
I'd also like to be able to run again. Like, run a mile or something again without stopping.
Ooh, and not have random aches in my knees, ankles, and back! That'd be awesome.
Shit, I'm rambling. I should take off, go get some caffeine, and make some food. Maybe a bowl of cereal or some soup. Dammit, I want a cheeseburger already.
