So I haven't quite been following through on my exercise. Monday my back was killing me, and yesterday I was just too damned tired to follow through. Not that I feel any different today, but I should probably at least do the treadmill work. They say hard work never killed anyone, but we all know thats not true. Dammit, quit whining you pussy. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!?!?! Okay, calm. I'm gonna do it. Gotta do it. I can't stay this fat forever.
In other news, I have developed a taste for Dropkick Murphys. I cant help but sing along to I'm Shipping Up to Boston. Maybe I should get some for my ipod. So far the workout mix contains a lot of Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, Children of Bodom, and a little Rammstein. I'm rambling.

Once you get into the routine of just getting up and moving (even a fraction of what you originally planned on) it starts getting easier (actually, no, fuck that, not EASIER, but more impending and urgent) to keep moving.
ReplyDeleteTelling people is the first step, maybe the hardest, but you're being honest with yourself and with others - and you know what you want - so, shit man, keep at it!!
You're already going into this with an honest and open mind, and that just shows that you're ready to dedicate yourself to it.
Thomas has a lot of faith in you, and so do the rest of us. Take your time and just keep pushing on.
