So today is the official start of the exercise portion of the de-fatassation. An hour on the treadmill combined with 200 pushups and 150 situps. Hopefully it helps.

Oh, here's a pic of me around 200lbs to help for comparison. Big difference, huh?

  1. Just remember - 99% of weight loss comes from cardio (walking, jogging, jump rope), you don't have to worry about anaerobic exercising until you start getting near your goal weight. Keep it up man :)
